Someone was very excited to see what Santa had brought them this morning.
The Santa goods.
As Sophia would unwrap her presents she would say, "I'm gonna love it." It was so cute. She also wanted to play with each gift after she unwrapped it so it took a couple of hours to open all of the gifts. The princess loot. Sophia was one happy little girl.
Stocking time.
Showing off her princess earrings. Sophia has been asking about earrings quite a bit lately. She even asked me the other day if she had earring holes in her ears.
This girl loves her notebooks and crayons.
Santa brought me some great stuff in my stocking including perfume, cinnamon bears, and Origins products.
Sophia helped Matt open his stocking gifts.
Our little Belle. Sophia told us that she is ready to go to California to see the princesses at their house. It is going to be a long wait until February.
We had been saving all of the presents that came in the mail which contributed to the two hour present opening.
Pink boots from Daddy. I didn't even know Matt had gotten these for Sophia. She loved them and wanted to put them on right away.
Sophia loves Minnie's Bow-Tique and was thrilled with the Bow-Tique set that Matt's parents sent her.
Me with the fun gifts that my hubby gave me. He is a great gift giver and always picks out wonderful gifts. We also opened our gifts from the Mayo family which is where the cute scarf and headband came from. Aleshia gave Sophia the most adorable horse purse and owl wallet (complete with a $5 bill) that Sophia loved. Aleshia even sent something for the baby...so thoughtful.
Poor Matt...his main gift was an iPhone but his distracted wife didn't get it ordered until a couple of weeks ago so it won't be here until January.
Sophia's great Aunt Beverly sent Sophia her own camera. Sophia snapped pictures all day.
Beverly also sent a purple sequined skirt and a princess flashlight. Sophia was in heaven. When she opened the skirt she said, "That's adorable."
Sophia will definitely not run out of dress up clothes in the near future. At dinner tonight she said, "I got three dresses and four pairs of shoes." It made Matt and I laugh because we hadn't actually counted it up before that and she was right.
Even Jake got in on the gifts. Matt's parents sent him Greenies and a new chew toy.
We took a Christmas morning family picture with my new tripod.
One last picture of our tree.
No, Matt, that isn't your new phone either.
Baby Bryson had a little gift waiting for him/her too...a baby sock monkey.
We were homebodies the rest of the day as we cleaned up and got packed for our trip back to Kansas. We are looking forward to seeing our families soon!
